Raised in Cadillac, MI, Wendy Divozzo went on to receive her B.S. degree from Central Michigan University in 1991. She then worked as a paralegal while attending Michigan State University College of Law at night, graduating Cum Laude in 1998.
Wendy joined McCurdy, Wotila & Porteous in 2000 and became the first female partner in 2002. She is very well-known for her Family Law expertise and also practices Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Administration and General Civil Litigation. When working with families on divorce and custody cases, she spends as much time as necessary to help them fully understand the situation and how best to resolve the issues. Wendy is personally committed to guiding her clients to the best possible outcome for themselves and their families.
Wendy has served on the boards of several community organizations, including The Wexford-Missaukee Bar Association, Cadillac Area Community Health Clinic, and the Wexford County Council on Aging. When she is not helping other families in need, she enjoys spending time with her own family pursuing athletic endeavors. She and her husband, John Divozzo, follow their two daughters around the state as they participate in ski racing, soccer and softball.
